Overall Warning!
Neon Genesis Evangelion is a nightmare of a canon. There's so, so much triggering content. I'm going to do my best to list the main ones, but most posts that delve into that sort of thing will be getting a warning regardless.
CW: Childhood abuse, childhood neglect, death, suicide, sexual misconduct, inappropriate relationships between minors and adults.
Naturally, not all of this will come up in each thread, but please let me know sooner rather than later if there are things you aren't able to play/see.
OOC Permissions
East Coast time zone with erratic hours, so tagging comes in bursts when I find the time. No preference between brackets and prose. Feel free to ask for my Plurk/Discord if we share a game or if we've been threading for a bit.
All right with backtagging to a certain extent, but at some point I prefer to start a new thread to keep things fresh. Threadhopping is all right in the context of network posts, but I'd prefer to avoid it within threads. Fourthwalling is tricky with this canon, but if it's IC for your character, that's fine with me!
I will need warnings for excessive gore, anything involving nails, eyes, or needles. I cannot play noncon or dubcon.
In-Character Permissions
Physical violence, physical affection, and psychic contact are generally good and rarely need any additional permission.
Since Asuka is a minor (fourteen), I will not be writing any romantic/sexual content with those over the age of seventeen. It's tricky, because Asuka has a canonical interest in older men as she sees it as a bridge to being seen as more mature, but this is murky water when it comes to writing.
If there's an older character that Asuka may reasonably have a crush on, I don't plan on proceeding with anything without discussion with the player. And even then, nothing beyond awkward crushing. Please no reciprocation. Please don't come on to her. She is a child.
